- Give you the skills to enable people to take care of their own health and wellbeing.
- Increase confidence to implement techniques to enable conversation change and empower people and colleagues to embrace the self-care model
- Shift conversations from: “How can I help you?” to “How can I help you to help yourself”

People who work in South Tyneside and want to develop their skills in self-care and behaviour change. Please note: You must have attended the Scene Setting Workshop prior to attending the Skills Workshop.
