Aims to develop new skills to add to your toolkit of self-care. Increase confidence to implement techniques to enable conversation change and empower people and colleagues to embrace the self-care model.
Objectives:
- Provide additional behaviour change techniques using Cognitive Behaviour change techniques and motivational interviewing
- Use a change method that is proven to work
- Facilitate additional learning for those participants interested
