Aims:

Aims to develop new skills to add to your toolkit of self-care. Increase confidence to implement techniques to enable conversation change and empower people and colleagues to embrace the self-care model.

Objectives:

  • Provide additional behaviour change techniques using Cognitive Behaviour change techniques and motivational interviewing
  • Use a change method that is proven to work
  • Facilitate additional learning for those participants interested

All front-line staff keen to develop their skills in self-care and behaviour change. Anyone working in direct contact with service users or patients.
