When asked "How did we do today?" 97% said excellent/good.

92% rated their confidence in implementing what they had learned as very high/high.

Research shows that involvement in the Ways to Wellness service increases patients' feeling of control and self-confidence, reduces their social isolation and has a positive impact on their health-related behaviours, including weight loss, healthier eating and increased physical activity.
