Volunteering with us

 

Volunteering with First Contact Clinical provides the opportunities to:

  1. Make a difference with your time by supporting others

  2. Support and engage with your local community

  3. Improve employability and gain new skills 

  4. Access a range of training

Applicants for voluntary positions will have past experience and qualifications considered, however these are not essential elements to volunteering with First Contact Clinical. The time commitment for each position is outlined in the role description, however this is negotiable.

First Contact Clinical provides training for all volunteers. Our volunteers will complete our structured volunteer training programme. Any additional training required as mandatory will be outlined in the role description. Support and guidance is given throughout volunteering through a mentor/ supporter, including 1:1 and group support as and when needed.
